About TCCSA - Travis Country Governance
Travis Country Community Service Association (TCCSA) is a community-owned, non-profit corporation formed to provide for the preservation and architectural integrity of the residence lots, operation and maintenance of the common areas, and the safety and welfare of Travis Country residents. The Association owns and maintains all common areas and recreational facilities in the community, and homeowners pay monthly dues to cover operational costs.
Travis Country is a deed restricted community, and management does enforce the covenants; therefore, all residents are urged to familiarize themselves with the covenants.

Becoming a Good Travis Country Neighbor
- Read the covenants and follow them.
- Introduce yourself to your neighbors.
- Maintain your landscape by regular mowing and trimming.
- Maintain your trees by trimming branches at least eight
- feet above the street and sidewalk.
- Keep your trash container and recycling bin out of view at all times,
- except on trash pickup day (Tuesday).
- Do not allow your dog to be a nuisance by unattended barking.
- Walk dogs on a leash, and carry a plastic bag in order to
- clean up after your pet.
- Do not allow your cat to be a nuisance by
- wandering onto other residents' property.
- Park your vehicles in your garage or driveway rather than on the street.
- Obey the speed limits and watch out for children.
- Get involved.
- Remember. . . the best way to solve differences between neighbors is one-on-one.
