Amenities

Residents are served by two amenity areas.

Giant bald cypress trees shade Blue Valley Pond, an idyllic eighth mile of freshwater habitat supporting a diverse indigenous and migratory wildlife community. A fenced and lighted swimming center and pavilion complex featuring lap, diving, and baby pools monitored by lifeguards in season. Six fenced, locked, and lighted tennis courts.   Lighted basketball court with multiple nets. Fenced playground for children (ages 1-12). Plenty of open space for playing games or taking a leisurely stroll.

Hilltop Amenity Area. 4100 Travis Country Circle. Six fenced, locked and lighted tennis courts. Lighted basketball court. Fenced playground for children (ages 1-12). Swimming and baby pools. Fenced and lighted, and during the season, monitored by lifeguards. Small grassy area with picnic tables and grills under the trees.

There is also an entrance on Republic of Texas Boulevard. Entrances are marked by several large boulders.
